I'm keeping this up for historical archive purposes, but the me of today may 100% disagree with what I said then. When I was younger, back in high school, I watched Mad About You often. In retrospect, Mad About You provided me with my most constant and inspiring model of how a love-match marriage could work.
Now I find myself watching Seventh Heaven and finding in it an inspiring model of American family life.
